Thank you to City Manager Blaine Hill for his time on Thursday May 22nd. We talked about the importance of LGA, housing in Morris, employment in Morris, UMM, Special Assessments, Property Taxes and much more. We also both agreed that the State of Minnesota must develop a better program so long term investments can be made for water and sewer improvements.
